Bread - The Basics

£110 per person

Learn the secrets behind creating fresh and tasty artisan bread with Chef tutor Jan Owen. During the class, you will look at different flours, how to achieve different textures and finishes, plus the importance of kneading and proving.

Due to the nature of the recipes used in this class, we are unable to accommodate guests with an allergy or intolerance to gluten. Please contact our reservations team for details of classes that will be suitable or can be adapted for guests with this dietary requirement.

Arrive – 10am for refreshments, meet and greet with your Chef Tutor and enjoy a run-through of the day.

Finish – 1.30pm take home your creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
