Summer Salads

'Lettuce' celebrate the summer season with our NEW Summer Salads class...

Here at The Kitchen Cookery School we're offering you the chance to jazz up your usual garden selection, and create some new delicious salads filled with plenty of flavour and fragrance.

Forgo the usual cucumber, mixed leaves, peppers and tomatoe for something far more decadent with ricotta and mint, French beans and roasted onions, ham hock and gherkin. Mouth-wateringly good, light, refreshing and the perfect addition to your summer selection.

  • Salad of broad bean, courgettes, ricotta and mint
  • Roasted tomato salad
  • French bean and roasted red onion salad
  • Summer bean, ham hock and gherkin salad
  • Salad croustillant

Arrive – 10am for refreshments, meet and greet with the Chef Tutor and a run through of the day.

In the middle of the day we will break for lunch around the chef’s demonstration area. With many of the classes you will be tucking into the food you have cooked and for some we will provide dishes from The Kitchen restaurant, all accompanied with a glass of wine. During the day we will show you around our kitchen garden and pop into our beautiful greenhouse, introducing you to our gardeners if they are tending to the beds at the time.

Finish – 2pm, take home your creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
