Let's get you ready for the big day…

What is Christmas without a Christmas pudding? Chef Tutor Steve will talk you through the process to making the pudding of all puddings and better still, all you need to do is steam at home when you're ready to eat! As well as the traditional pud you'll learn to create a Glace Nut cake for a truly festive selection.

Arrive – 2pm for refreshments, meet and greet with the Chef Tutor and a run through the class.

Finish – 4pm take home your creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
