Christmas bakes with Mich Turner MBE

£195 per person

Founder of Little Venice Cake Company Mich is a qualified Food Scientist and has over 25 years’ experience in the industry. She is described as ‘Queen of Couture Cakes’ thanks to her multi-awarding winning designs and A-list clientele. In 2010, Mich received an MBE for her services to the catering industry.

During this full day baking class Mich will guide you through some of her favourite for the festive season. Learn how to bake her crumble mince pies, a twist on the classic but easy to bake and ever so delicious. Finish the day perfecting and practising your piping techniques on a gingerbread house and wreaths. 

At the end of the class you will leave with showstoppers to impress your loved ones and plenty of ideas and skills to recreate at home every festive season.

Arrive – 9.30am for refreshments, meet and greet with Mich and a run through of the day.

In the middle of the day we will break for lunch around the chef’s demonstration area. With many of the classes you will be tucking into the food you have cooked and for some we will provide dishes from The Kitchen restaurant, all accompanied with a glass of wine. During the day we will show you around our kitchen garden and pop into our beautiful greenhouse, introducing you to our gardeners if they are tending to the beds at the time.

Finish – 3.00pm, take home your creations and The Kitchen apron leaving the washing up for our cookery school team!
